Walter Hill Plumbing East Inc. – Internal QuickBooks Integration

This integration is an internal tool used only by Walter Hill Plumbing East Inc. ("the Company") to work with the Company's own QuickBooks Online account. It is not offered, sold, or made available to any other business or to the public.
With the Company's authorization, the tool connects to the Company's QuickBooks Online account to create and look up accounting records such as vendor bills and their attached documents (for example, scanned supplier invoices). It accesses only the Company's own accounting data.
Data is used solely to record and manage the Company's own bookkeeping. It is not sold, rented, shared with third parties for marketing, or used for any other purpose.
Accounting data remains in QuickBooks Online. The tool does not keep a separate database of QuickBooks data. Authorization credentials are kept confidential, are accessible only to authorized Company personnel, and can be revoked at any time from within QuickBooks Online.
The Company can disconnect the tool at any time from the QuickBooks Online Apps settings, which immediately ends its access.
